Just a quick post to announce that I've added five more game badges to the collection, bringing the total number to 160:

- Gold Brick Simulator (1❤️/5)

Visit the Game Badges Museum if you'd like to see all the badges. You can also view the alphabetical index or index by score given.

With Into The Deep Web, I finally finished a game starting with the letter I. That gives me at least one for every letter of the alphabet except X. Which one should I play? Xanadu? Xevious? Xexyz? X-COM: UFO Defense? Sound off in the comments below.

Taiyaki and Formless Star are the newest 5-❤️ games in my collection, releasing in 2024 and 2025 respectively. The next most recent games to receive 5 ❤️s were Rhythm Heaven Megamix and Void Pyramid1 in 2016. Congrats to objetdiscret and splendidland for their achievements.

Gold Brick Simulator is the first clicker I've ever finished, and possibly the only one I ever will. I don't think I'll ever be a clicker enjoyer, but it's nice to see a new genre represented in the collection.

Which, like Formless Star, was made with the Official Hamster Republic Role Playing Game Construction Engine. Does it mean anything? Probably not. But it's interesting. ↩
Hmm, so you don't want any Xtreme games? Not a fan of X-Men licensed stuff? Too Xenophobic for this bit? Well, Xanadu if you want something old and head-bangingly weird. Or so I've heard.
It's interesting that you like an auto-battler but not clicker games. I mean, I can't comment as I have played both to the point where I don't find joy in those mechanics any more. A Dark Room has an ending too. And a few surprises.
Also, wow, a reminder of OHRRPGCE. I wanted to play with that. It seemed it would be better to make something in a truly FOSS engine than in RPG Maker. Plus sprites are 4 extra pixels wide. that's 8/5 as many pixels total! But I barely got to the point where I had my bee running onscreen. Well, perhaps I'll try again with the confidence borne of modding stardew valley. Just, after I have done mods with actual graphics, that aren't merely QoL boosts for other mods.

Xtreme, probably not. I did play the X-Men game on the Megadrive but I never finished it. I guess the X-Men arcade game would be an easy one... Just keep putting in quarters til I win. Maybe if I get desperate.
OHRRPGCE is cool! I started making a game in it shortly after I discovered Void Pyramid about a pig who makes potions. It's called Aporkthecary. Didn't get very far, it turns out RPGs are very long and hard to make. Maybe I'll revisit it someday...
